ABDULLAH MOHAMMED AL RUZIQI SPC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our”), is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and efficient as possible while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.


1.Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as non-returnable, are exempt from being returned. Additionally, items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a return.


2.Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us verify the original purchase and ensures that the return is processed correctly. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue store credit instead of a refund.


3.Return Process

You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the address for returns and any applicable return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


4.Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that certain fees, such as original shipping costs, may be non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstances of the return. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund for such returns.


5.Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at the provided contact information. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we may offer a refund or store credit if the item is no longer available.


6.Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods such as food or flowers, custom-made or personalized products, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before making your purchase.


7.Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


8.Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our products and services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
